... to reach the end only to start again ...
...since all styles share mostly the same graphics (except panel, case and nocover images) there's no need to add those files to the skin's substyle folders (jewel & vinyl).
so, as long as the main style (default) folder includes all files, every substyle would use these graphics as well.
you can try this by creating a backup of your skin and then deleting all unnecessary files in the styles folders.
but be aware to keep the skin.ini files!
it doesn't really matter if you do all this or not. it wouldn't make any difference for the skin at all.
but it would decrease the filesize and it'll save a lot of copy/paste actions for you.
i've also recognized that there are a lot of unsupported graphics in your skin folders.
volslider1.png, menu3.png, next3.png, pause3.png, play3.png and prev3.png as well as untitled1 and -2 (each approx 1.5mb) are rather useless and would only increase the overall filesize of your skin again.
now, after deleting all files that won't be used by CAD anyway, i've been able to get an actual filesize of 522KB instead of the former 10.8MB (!).
and guess what... the skin still works like a charme.
sorry for my wisecracking approach, tho. :-\
